JEOBT, appreciate the information a lot, no question of kicking you off the thread. Seems whatever LGND does in regard to ALRI, something keeps the stock price down. In retrospect, given the possibility of SEC bureaucracy slowing down the ALRI closing, it would have been a lot smarter to agree on a fixed price or at least a fixed date for the 20 day period. The question of over socializing on the thread has arisen many times and we have tried to deal with it but failed each time. The clubhouse doesn't seem to be working for us. I think the best bet is to try to get people to be more conscientious about using OFF TOPIC at the start of off topic posts so that those uninterested in socializing can just click past.
