You cite an OPINION piece by Eugene Robinson, and have the audacity to use the words "the truth is".

Now that is quite comical, kenny_troll.

The Republicans have no need to compromise, and there should be NO compromise.

Obama wasted the money, and now let him find out how to replace it.

it's not our problem, is it? (by "our", I mean working, tax paying citizens)

You aren't even capable of knowing what the truth is it it hit you squarely in the face between the eyes. There is no compromise in politics. What would be a pro lifer's compromise on abortion?

kenny...""The truth is that Democrats have made clear they are open to a compromise deal on budget cuts and revenue increases. Republicans have made clear they are not.""...

Simple explanation...Republicans are right and democrats are wrong...Republicans want to do what is right for America..democrats want to do what is right for democrats and soros.

LOL! Nice spin Mr. Brain-washed Partisan Parrot! The fact is that both parties are to blame. They need to get serious and cut spending! Too much waste, yet the democrats have the nerve to even ask tax-payers and businesses to pay even more...

Democrats are open to cuts because they are the ones who created the debt. They are scared.

They are running for election or re-election and don't want the albatross of debt they created hanging around their necks during this election time.
