Maybe there are reasons beyond our understanding why some people were spared and others weren't. Maybe when everything else is taken from you, including family and friends, the only thing that keeps you going is faith in God. Ever read the story behind the hymn "Amazing Grace"? So many of them are. Bachmann says she talks to God every day and God tells her what to do. I will never understand why God only talks to the Rs. Why does he discriminate?
