Pitchforks. Nothing changes without them. Richard Condon wrote an excellent novel called Winter Kills. 'Loosely' based on the Kennedy assassination, it's premise was that the boy president was starting to favour the people's interests over those of his class, the people who put him there, and so it fell on his father (for honour's sake) to arrange his assassination .... Unlike The Manchurian Candidate and Prizzi's Honor, etc, it never got made into a movie somehow. <g>
