Right, major renewable energy program. Let's see what we're dealing with here: Windmills and solar panels. 500 year old technology for one, the other is only good at best 12 hours a day. Both have been proven to actually increase the carbon footprint because reliable energy AKA coal plants are required to be operating at full capacity and can't handle the inconsistencies of this "new" technology. Spain tried to be green, and it did get them massive unemployment and a country that is insolvent. I can't help it that the highest level of reading you ever do is See Jane Run. Yes also your lack of worldiness has sheltered you from the reports about the eco terrorist denying 3rd world countries abundant cheap energy condemning millions to an early death.
