I'd like to see a excise tax on excessive campaign war chests......especially those approaching a billion dollars.....a rate of about 95% sounds about right.

It's pretty funny watching a socialist whine about the poor folks when he is sitting on top of a pile money that would have been unimaginable 30 years ago, set aside just to get a know nothing of value reelected.
