Dear Andrew: OK, since I have more time to think about it, (what a croc). Anyhow, first, THEORETICALLY, utilizing the franchising and licensing concept McTAVA could actually service possibly the whole world. I presume most robotic type machinery utilizing imbedded chips comes from a relatively few original source manufacturers thus given their huge base already they likely have nearly every type of piece of equipment available. Since we know of NO ONE seriously competitive in this field (assuming Raytheon isnt) EVERYONE who does SOME of this y2k work on imbedded systems would find it cheaper and easier to utilize TPRO's information rather than REINVENTING THE WHEEL. OK its 2001 now, back to basics. TPRO will have an excellent reputation and an excellent data base. Try this on for size, we are factory systems integrators we follow TAVA design and approach and are LICENSED TAVA representative. We have been TESTED and CERTIFIED BY TAVA. That means EVERY LITTLE MOM AND POP shop can play off the TAVA name. Also means TAVA gets up front fees (franchise fees) for licensing and certifying, continuing fees (royalties) and renewal fees for (RETESTING), Advertising fees (for running National ad program), auditing fees for reviewing their work etc etc etc. If it can be done with a lousy little hamburger it can be done here. Its a perfect situation, an industry characterized with many small operations. Heck maybe we could even set up trade schools to have TAVA TRAINED engineers. Like the Mechanics have. Wow there is no end to the possiblilities. Meanwhile the big POP of the day seems to be 1/4 point. I wont believe the MM's are responsible unless someone proves it to me. Nope, I think the public STILL DOESNT understand. I cant IMAGIN any Press Release in the future any better than this past conference EXCEPT BIG BEAUTIFUL, LUSCIOUS, LIVICIOUS,-- EARNINGS. jdn
