Outsourcing has resulted in killing a good portion of the middle class (and it's continuing). So, those who lost their jobs due to outsourcing are now forced to rely on "govt. handouts". There's no option for them (except move to China I guess). Now the Repugnicans want to further impoverish these people by throwing them off the dole to grub for food on the streets. They want to preserve the profits from outsourcing. Disgusting lot.
