Perhaps this off the wall[street] analyst covers chip manufacturers, who won't have any problems developing new chips, as opposed to the companies with factories full of old chips who will have the problems.

no problem with embedded processors because they don't develop in COBOL

Brilliant understandings of how the real world works is probably why he gets paid those big bucks.

Such stupidity clearly must be worth serious 6 figure compensation!
