Derek, all: I think the development below eats into SPARC business. BTW, Fujitsu does about $37 billion in sales annually and is #2 in computer sales worldwide (big blue).

FUJITSU, INTEL TO COOPERATE IN SERVER DEVELOPMENT: Fujitsu Ltd. and Intel
Corp. of the U.S. will cooperate to develop servers and other high-performance computers and will jointly market server-related equipment
next year.

Fujitsu's U.S. subsidiary, HAL Computer Systems Inc., will play a major role
in initiating joint development with Intel and other companies by the end of
fiscal 1997. The firms will focus on developing semiconductors and chips
mounted around Intel's MPU (microprocessor unit), a main server component.
