I thought a ponzi scheme destroys its self when it runs out of money. Which all ponzi schemes do except maybe when they are run by a government that justs happens prints its own currency.

Is that what you are doing ? Flunging? lol The fact is SS is a Ponzi Scheme...paid for by the bottom of the pyramid. It is failing now and pays out more than it takes in.
