But if the news is dismal, I expect at least one poster here won't be telling us about it.. I'm sure there is some truth in that, and it's true for most of us whether we want to admit it or not. Human nature is what it is. Makes me wonder...what is the best format for a political forum then? Allowing debate sounds good, but it never seems to work in real life and can be a moderators nightmare. Your comment has me thinking about a new approach for a political thread at SI. It's a novel idea...I'd even invite you with open arms. I'll let you know. ;-)
