Pat, HWP has been having problems with expenses for some time now. It's a big company, slow moving, didn't have the same problems that IBM had, so didn't down size as much, is sort of new to the PC area, is trying to implement BTO in some form. Once they see how well BTO works in their PC division, that type of inventory control could spread through the whole company in some form. Still HWP is a important company that didn't hit its numbers, like INTC before. IMHO Greg
