Michael, good points......if private capital is willing to pay over 3 bucks a share for JMAR, and hold on to restricted shares, they must be rather comfortable with the future prospects of JMAR....I own some Jmar from as cheap as 50 cents!!! To me, making a placement at $ 3.40 is like hitting the lottery.....just a couple of years ago JMAR was barely solvent and the need for cash was a constant fear of the company. Now that fear is completely erased as JMAR has been posting positive earnings on large revenue growth, and seems to have no problem placing stock with private investors when prices are nearer the highs than the lows. Now, they can easily raise cash to ramp up production of their pipeline products for 1998...patiently awaiting the firt new product of '98 !..............;^)
