Obligations?..... or wrongful promises they never should have made with taxpayer money, which wasn't even there? Money spent....past tense. I would love to renege on Bush's Iraqi war expenses but when its spent, its spent. Do you renege on your debts because you don't like the color of your new car a few months have you made the purchase? When they made them they thought the money "might" be there. IT ISN"T and won't ever be. What does that matter? Why don't YOU promise to pay me $100k a year. Then when you can't I can sue you. My God, if I made such a promise and then reneged, you would be the first to scream bloody murder. Treason is a serious act. You all are playing with fire.
