Democrat wins east Arkansas House seat Hey tejek.....you do realize this is simply a State House seat....don't you??? ....or could you and others here possibly be so stupid to think it is a US House seat??? What I realize is that Rs continue to lose seats whether its on the state level or the federal level. That's what I realize........and the reason I realize that is because its true. Whether its Arkansas, CA, WI or NY, Rs are losing.......and their poll numbers are plummeting.
