There's a difference in how I interpret the TOU that some people don't grasp. If someone says, "That speech you just posted from Bachmann is incredibly stupid, she is a complete idiot!" that's OK, especially if the critical poster spells out why the speech and its author come up short.

But when it becomes, "Why did you post a Bachmann speech, are you stupid or just an idiot?" then it is something very different.

I hope everyone here sees that too.
