It sounds like all promoters who dealt with red sea management would be wise to lawyer up, immediately. I wonder how long until HSXI.pk and its principals and promoters will be charged, If memory serves me correctly some of the CTTD.pk promoters were involved in HSXI'pk. If the SEC does read these boards it is probably a good time to subpoeana phone and traing records from 2006, this one is a lay up. I just wish we shareholders could get closure, can't even realize a loss yet, because of all the lies and confusion. The scary thing is it sure looks like the promoter of this deal is getting ready to put lipstick on the pig and try again with the bogus technology
