Treasury auctions this week were very successful, attracting foreign and domestic bidders who are not concerned about credit downgrades and warnings. The U.S. has no problem in rolling over debt at miniscule interest rates.Incidentally, the Fed was not a buyer.

That's a joke... S&P are the ones who gave those crappy junk bonds a AAA rating when the banks were hyping them to their suckers, er, customers... so now, they threaten to downgrade the U.S.? Ain't gonna happen... they're just saying that to take the markets down in order to buy stocks cheaply before they ramp them higher... they keep playing the same old game and everyone get nervous...<g> LOL!!!
