steve- i recall from the CC that seamans said something to the effect that the announcement dealy was related to verbiage. well, you think the word use is important. i think the operative word should be contract. for a contract to exist two parties must recieve something from one another. in other words, GTE cant borrow the modems without giving WSTL something in return. when we start analysing the the word USE in a press release, i think we are going a bit too far. this is getting almost ridiculous. good luck to all, trey
