Judging from what has happened today with CYI after-hours , CYI is definately going below $2 :
Chicago as well as Philadelphia have lowered the bid from 2 to 1 7/8
Only amex has a bid of 2 , but how long will this hold ?

CYI is hanging on a very thin thread right now ; I'd wait to jump in ... nearly all regional exchanges are posting a bid lower than 2 for CYI, indicating that serious selling will be hitting this stock very soon.

Furthermore, I hope that later this week there won't be any military intervention in Iraq, because this could also push CYI further down (referring to the panic selling we saw a few weeks ago , causing a drop from 2 1/8 to 1 3/4)

Hope this casts some perspective in your buying-decision,
Regards,

Jim. The dip should be shortlived but you are right about the tax loss selling having a possible effect over the coming weeks. This is getting ridiculously low but thankfully the sell volumes are low (although it only takes a couple of bigger sell orders to mark the stock down).

The specialists (s.o.b.'s) on this stock are definitely working us over.

There are however some pretty tough shareholders holding this stock so we'll wait and see. If the time to buy was over $2 then what will it be below $2 - time to sell - you gotta be kidding.

Do your hardest.
