Emergency town meeting requested in Ten Sleep on Nov. 6, 1997 by
Michael Puhr. Puhr and associates arrived in Ten sleep where the
Mayor and local citizens attended the "emergency" meeting.
Puhr asked the mayor to sign a form letter stating that RMCW
was a important asset to the community and a good corporate citizen.
The Mayor declined to sign and Puhr left town.
