Yes, I still follow the stock.

Here's some per-share data extracted from Yahoo and QFN
you might find interesting:

CATS XICO

Current Price: $1.75 $4.81
ESP: (.74) .43
Book Value: $1.65 $3.33
Sales: $5.14 $6.15

Sales per employee: $811,966 $164,645
Dept/Equity .04 .28

(Keep in mind that CATS uses an outside vendor for the
manufacturing portion of their business, so the
sales-per/employee figure is not really a fair comparision.)

If CATS can somehow turn around their earnings decline,
then we might see some positive developments in the stock
price. I think we'll see more bad news before we see any
improvements, however.

This is a highly speculative stock. But, assuming these
numbers are correct and up-to-date, this stock looks pretty
interesting at these prices.
