This is so typical of what I was saying........the primary dates have been fixed for years. In the last ten years, suddenly, states are getting very competitive with their primaries. Why? Its pure silliness but its becoming very commonplace.

* With Florida Republicans remaining stubborn, New Hampshire’s elections chief is prepared to move the state’s first-in-the-nation primary to mid-January.
