NKL has 50.6 mm shares out.
NKL @ 2.28 is .27 per PCY share.

As NKL appreciates, the PCY coal assets get much cheaper.
.43 buys two Mongolian coal projects; one in production, the other near term (as far as mining goes).

The Shorts ought to be on both the bid and offer big.

I see NKL hits 2.31
