There was a really good post by grusum9 on how to value a company but I've lost my bookmarks. He used Nova Gold as an example. The PYC news release used the long term average metals price. With gold, some value the metal at 10% of the actual price.

"Long term average metal prices in $USD of $9.52/lb nickel (NiEq prices based on this amount), $2.96/lb copper, $15.78/lb cobalt, $1085/troy ounce gold, $1776/troy ounce platinum, $689/troy ounce palladium; "

Was only watching the ticker. Haven't done any DD on it.
