Pugs: I don't have a printer, so i can't help. But I wonder if one person who did have one was the central guy. He gets all the emails from everyone who has had trouble with getting their certs. Each person describes his/her experience. Then the central guy prints all these letters, and sends them off to the sec, in one big box. This not to say that everyone should stop their individual complaints, but it is an additional thing to do. The emails are free, the paper will cost, and so would the postage. I think it shouldn't be much though. Riley probably is under some kind of constrant as to what he can say and not say. Being involved in litigation and all. al
