Jake.... You are probably thinking of Pat Dittmer, definetely a HE. I too am hearing the same infothat Rick has posted along with a projected form 10 filing date of 1st week of December. (Form 10= Amex listing request with SEC...see past postings. I amlimited to my on-line time due to the reconstruction remodel of my home at present and will only be checking in every few days. I think that the recent bout of selling comes from a single postion attempting to liquidate some of this stock with lesser and individual orders. Yes, the VSE does little good to help clean this up but I think its a great buying opportunity as the entire group is weak (like most other techs in the mkt) and this company's prosepcts are brightening. Keep the faith and we shall be rewarded. Steve
