I agree, the drillers are a good place to be invested. I think a lot of money moved from drillers/service companies to exploration & production companies looking for an asset play around the tensions in the Middle East. With a likelihood for flat to slightly down oil prices, the drillers are likely to draw money back in between now and the end of the year.
Among the drillers, the strongest should be offshore drillers with heavy international and deep drilling exposure--NE,SDC,DO,RIG,RB. They should have the best supply/demand situation going forward.
