"In that post, you demonstrate a total lack of grasp of the problem. Obama OFFERED what you ask for, but the (R)'s REJECTED it because: It came from Obama" Again.......talk either leaked to the press or given in one of his phoney press conferences does NOT constitute a proposal. If you don't accept a requirement of a written SCORED by the GAO proposal....then there is no further basis for discussion. I'd love to see an honest proposal from the Democrats. I suspect we will never see one.
