One of the first things I noticed when I moved to Oceanside, CA was that the schools ran busses that looked antique! Like this:


Direct evidence that Prop 13 starves schools, that everywhere else get their money through property taxes. The CA schools system USED to be one of the best, now, it's one of the WORST. CA - Reaganomics ground zero!
