I've lived in CA for over ten years. I know of what I speak. I watched the downward spiral of state services because of insufficient revenues. Anyone who says otherwise is in major denial. You don't put a state on a starvation diet and expect it to perform well. The golden state is now the tarnished state.......esp. in S CA. Its really a shame.
