Arugula is amazing stuff. It used to grow like a weed at our old house- even if we didn't water it. I'm glad your berries are doing well, even if the weather is disappointing you.

I watched the first episode of a new BBC series called Zen on your PBS last night. I would say it is definitely worth checking out, albeit a bit heavy on style and short on substance. We'll have to see which of the two wins out in the end; I hope the latter.

I guess the measure will be whether I stop paying attention to the actors in a series set in Rome talking in English with a variety of British accents except for one who speaks English with an Italian accent. Wallender mostly managed to make me overlook the analogous 'Swedes in Sweden speaking English' issue.
