Investors are definetely more educated in diamond exploration as compared to early 90's.

I can't speak for all institutional but I know of a few which are on the sidelines with COH.(cash on hand). Waiting for more concreate confirmation on results.

IMO, that may be at higher prices. I don't usually like to predict on target price but if the remaining mini-bulk results are as good or better, Ashton has the potential to trade at double digits by year-end.
