Oh....they'll pay. They bankrupted the US....and they're going to pay! I believe we're heading back to 90% taxes on the banksters and rich crooks. Why not? They stole the money....they created the bubbles....they started the losing wars....they stole SS funds. Why not? We need infrastructure re-built. We need mass transit built. It would all put people back to work.
