I spoke to investor relations a couple of weeks ago and they indicated to me that the two aquisitions we are waiting for would be delayed until Jan - Feb. Also they said the lawsuit mentioned in the second quarter report as possibly having significant adverse financial affects should it turn into a class action suit, has been subject to ongoing settlement talks and an oral agreement had been reached but as of two weeks ago nothing was in writing. I feel that the 3rd Quarter report is probably delayed so that they can report a positive outcome on the lawsuit. All in my opinion of course. Vince Pellerin
