I'd go with the following.....total tax burden (federal/state/local) not to exceed 30% of GDP. We currently are at 40%. That would leave an xtra $1.5 Trillion in the private sector.


Don't mix things up...federal taxes at historical lows...corporate revenue in declline for the last 60 years...how do you cover the growing debt when paul ryan's own plan, which has been abandoned even by republicans, adds $6T to the debt in 10 years without a mix of cuts and new revenue ?
