But the idea that G. Will's simple question left these "constitutional scholars" speechless, which it plainly did, is astonishing to me. Any rational person should have been able to answer that question without a moment's consideration. The Constitution is designed to limit government's power, and a government that can force people to sign up for Weight Watchers has unlimited power, any way you look at it. Agreed. A Supreme court vote for Obama care means absolute unlimited federal govt power.
