Hmm. The EXACT amount Obama offered, which, while first looking good to John Boehner, was then rejected because he could not get his Tea Party peeps to accept eliminating tax loophole elimination on their beloved corporates and elites! After all, they signed a PLEDGE to Grover Norquist!

So, WHO takes the blame?
