It's not a cult, I have very good friends at B-water, they would not work anywhere else, then there are others that cannot even handle the interview process or only last a few weeks there. Shedding the ego barrier to actually arrive at solutions to problems doesn't sound like a cult to me, less so than being in a union or in an organized religion.
