As for this voter and writer don't tell me that you have a "Doctrine" and not be specific----------seems to me that Cain is hedging first he says he will do this and then he says oh by the way I have conditions. No strong leader shows all his cards. Peace is about the other guy thinking that you will take certain actions but not knowing what other actions are possible. The other guy has to know or think that you are tougher than him and will beat him to a pulp if you are provoked. This is a basic military tenet. This is also why Obama is seen here and abroad as a naive milquetoast and we no longer get respect. Cut Cain some slack - he's being strategic and militarily responsible. CF Rebel
