Anonymous former employees always have nice things to say don't they? It's not about ultimate transparency for it's own sake, it's about if you have a problem with how coworker TJ does something, or how a criticism of a project of coworker MQ, you would be able to unashamedly and not uncomfortably have a recorded sit down with all involved parties including the manager(s) and hash things out without the usual emotion and resentment involved in such an occurrence in most places, because this is SOP. It allows for the most efficient way to get at the roots of problems and actually focus on business at hand, as well as improve self, provided you can handle the scrutiny of self by self and others, not an easy thing and takes time even for most who eventually become completely comfortable with this. The actual effect is removal of paranoia as there is no "spoken behind his back" type of thing.

Ultimate transparency is unattainable by humans Any Transparency or Every image of transparency is codependent on its status as moving or not. this word transparency is prevalent today...me thinks its being widely used without context. Identity transparency is a popular subject, which describes a position between states...like a lens filter, sometimes its clear, sometimes for one a hundred variables, its between clear and totally dark. But its one lens, one person who is always transitioning....transparency is temporary when it refers to anything with motion, including leaders...its just as much a trick of light and shadow, in its clear state, as when, at other times, degrees of opaqueness prevail. transparency cant last whenever there is motion.....the claim that anyone person is perpetually transparent is Not True, so we are in agreement about living humans and transparency...
