I think something else may be in the works... Bharti I believe took down the .80 non brokered PP through Forbes...the collective is a pretty powerful group...at the very least it seems like they are trying to move it here. "Silver Bear continues to focus on its 100-per-cent-owned Mangazeisky project in Russia. The company is currently evaluating strategic alternatives which may include: continued exploration/development of the Mangazeisky project, joint venture of the project, or combination with another mineral-focused company."
