I can only relate what I am told by people I have known for a very long time who work there. They are not the type who would go to work to be humiliated. Things are done differently there, but for logical reasons not out of some mystical or egomaniacal agenda. It's not such a radical place to work, perhaps some of the hyperbole that has come out describing it makes it out to be something it is not. I would contend there are many privately owned businesses, no doubt some very successful, that are run by individuals whose philosophies and actions are much more eccentric and less rooted in logic than Dalio's.
