I like to have a little diversity and all, but at some point, the additional risk of owning a lesser stock outweighs the benefit. Amazon is an amazingly smart company. My company has dealt with them on every level, both as a vendor and a (major) customer. They understand the give and take and profit profile of Internet better than anyone, bar none. But that doesn't mean they are not over valued by the market, just that they are a really a great company. You can't blame a great company for their market value.
