Yeah, some bureaucrat was thinking when they did that.

Probably the same Hwy Dept fool that built that interchange at Central & 270 in Hot Springs. They were shocked when the put four traffic signals inside of 200 ft. that there was a traffic problem. That fool running the Hwy Dept at the time said, "Nobody could have foreseen that intersection getting so busy".
