Thank you Sergio. I believe and hope that with BCHE (and where BCHE is GLAXO is close by) on the sideline, they "will have to" walk the line. It is good news, but I agree with you it is still a high risk, but the reward could be very high also. Harold

They have a printing press for issuing debentures and a fireplace for burning money.<<< *********************************** Sergio: A very important lesson here regarding Biotechs.... Many companies have great stories... If they get FDA approval the stock is going to the moon... The market for this is tremendous... If, If, If, etc... Along the way more and more shares get issued diluting shareholder value... Year after year of red ink is endured by the shareholders as they see their investment value shrink... Very few companies are successful in this area... Continued share dilution and missed promises should be a warning to be very careful in this very speculative sector of stocks... Jim
