Dennis,

I will give you my interpretation of what TA is saying and why CREAF may be heading down in the next week or so. I do agree with you that the long term trend is up - just look at any long term trend indicator and that is obvious. However if you start looking at the daily trend indicators such as MACD, you will see that the higher prices we have seen in the last couple of weeks have not been supported by higher highs in any of the trend indicators. In fact, these trend indicators have been making significantly lower highs. This can be interpreted as a bearish divergence which would indicate the bulls are no longer as enthusiastic as they were when they originally pushed the price to 28.

Don't get me wrong, I love this stock and made money on both the Oct and Nov 22.5 & 25 calls. I think longer term, it is still heading up, but I also think that TA says the bulls are giving way to the bears. It seems that after making a new high after the earnings announcement, CREAF usually drifts down for the next 1 1/2 to 2 months, only to come roaring back and making another new high. TA seems to be saying that this is about to happen again soon. Maybe it will push up some more with the next announcement at Comdex, but unless the indicators start moving up to new highs with the prices, I doubt it will last long.

Hope this helps.
