"Cost-Cutters, Except When the Spending Is Back Home" ..which is why the (R)'s, after cutting taxes have NEVER cut spending. That spending happens in their HOME districts! It's why we've NEVER really cashed any "peace dividend". The (R)'s can't close the bases and cancel the weapons programs that have bases and plants in their home districts. The (R)'s are the party of unfunded spending! The (R)'s BELIEVE in the free lunch!
