Hi all.. I'm trying to understand how this company KESE or other future Co. for that fact, will benefit from power deregulations

Q- Are they going to generate they own electrical power, and sell direct to the existing electrical utilities customers?

Are they going to purchase power from different sources, and then resale to new customers?

which transmission power line are they going to use...and who will repair them?

as we all know in order to generate electricity, you need fossil fuel or nuclear power. What makes this company generate or buy cheaper power then the already existing utilities?

.TIA
